Mr. Regan has over 30 years of experience in the mortgage and financial industry including originating and valuing over $10BN of residential and commercial property. He has overseen in excess of $2BN in commercial and residential loan acquisitions, resolutions, and dispositions. Prior to CV, Mr. Regan managed/led organizations from 50 to 150 employees and held senior management positions at Flex Point Funding, Novelle Financial, and Ciera Technology.
Mr. Regan has over 24 years of experience in real estate and capital markets, including the sourcing of approximately $500MM in equity capital for SEC-registered institutional investments. Previously he has been Director of Marketing/Asset Management for a 4MM square foot commercial real estate portfolio with an estimated value of nearly $1 billion. Prior to CV, Mr. Regan has held senior positions at AIG/Sun America, Manulife/John Hancock, and CIP Real Estate.
Mr. Haddad has over 24 years of experience in the mortgage and financial industry including building and managing an origination team of over 200 responsible for over $2.5BN in originations. He was responsible for the Loss Mitigation Department of Flex Point Funding and successfully liquidated the firm’s distressed debt portfolio. Mr. Haddad also opened, staffed and managed a three-facility, five-production team organization that totaled more than 200 employees. Prior to CV, Mr. Haddad has held management positions at Flex Point Funding, Home Loans USA, and City National Bank.
Mrs. Janecek has over 23 years of experience in the mortgage and financial industry. Her background encompasses all facets of mortgage operations, including origination, underwriting, risk management, lending compliance and default loan resolution. She specializes in large scale mortgage and asset management projects involving acquisitions, secondary loan sales, litigation, and compliance and risk concerns. She has developed and mentored teams of up to 45 mortgage professionals enhancing productivity and increasing revenue. Prior to joining CV, Shannon held senior-level positions with Flex Point Funding, Allstate Home Loans, American Home Loans and Genisys Financial.
Mr. Koenigsberger is a veteran of the real estate private equity business with over 24 years of experience in capital markets, commercial and residential real estate markets. Rick spent over 15 years at Apollo Real Estate Advisors, a large private equity real estate firm. At Apollo, he was a partner where he was responsible for the investment and asset management of a portfolio of both real estate assets and companies representing an enterprise value of over $5 billion. Mr. Koenigsberger oversaw investments in direct real estate, distressed debt, limited partnership tenders, convertible preferred instruments, operating companies and direct corporate equity investments. He also was instrumental in the creation and initially headed the Apollo-GMAC Mezzanine Fund. While at Apollo, he headed up the hospitality business, as well as Apollo's single family residential investments, including Apollo's successful investment into several homebuilding ventures. After leaving Apollo, Rick together with two partners raised approximately $100MM to form ROCA Real Estate Securities Fund L.P., a long-short real estate securities fund, which specializes in the small market capitalization REIT market. Additionally, he also headed, through 2009, XE Capital's approximate $2 billion enterprise value real estate business. Most recently, in addition to his responsibilities as a ROCA partner, Rick became the CEO of Realty Finance to oversee, together with Ken Witkin, the wind down of RFC's old CRE business and to focus the company into a new business via the acquisition/merger with ClearVue Management Inc. Mr. Koenigsberger graduated summa cum laude from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Witkin has over 30 years of experience in the CRE lending and workout industry as well as having served as a CEO/Restructuring Officer for two publically traded Commercial Mortgage REITS. His banking career included 17 years at FleetBoston and Bank of America where he managed more than $24billion in national books of business and the originated of over $100 billion of transactions. He also founded TriSail Capital, a mezzanine lender with $2billion of assets and two TriSail-sponsored institutional funds totaling $200MM in committed capital. He was the CEO/Restructuring officer of CBRE Realty Finance, the predecessor company to CV Holdings, which at its peak had assets in excess of $2.3 billion and a market cap of over $500MM. He began his career at Citibank in Asset Based Lending and Citicorp Real Estate Inc., led First Chicago’s Florida Real Estate Group, was COO of a Florida residential home builder for seven years and was President and CEO of Associated Mortgage Investors, a public equity REIT. He also recently advised SJB Holdings, where he was instrumental in helping the firm raise $1.1 billion to acquire banks through recaps and/or FDIC-assisted transactions. Prior to rededicating 100% of his time to CV Holdings, Ken spent four years as a partner of The Roseview Group, a real estate advisor and investment firm. Mr. Witkin earned a B.A from Hofstra University and an MBA from the NYU Stern School.
